Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 14 days. We only support exchanges for products that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or have the wrong size compared to your order. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected].

Customers do not need to pay the return shipping cost for defective products.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will be issued within 14 days, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable, depending on the processing status of the production department.
